We're currently accepting applications for the following positions
You are an experienced industrial electrician expected to work both in the workshop and in the field. You will undertake onsite electrical cabinet sub main board upgrades and installations, manage cabinet wiring at the workshop, wire all robot control systems, order electrical cabinet equipment, perform onsite troubleshooting of PLC, VSDs and soft starters, perform quality work checks, complete jobs quickly and efficiently and follow all safety procedures.
- Current New South Wales Electrical Supervisors Certificate, High-Risk Work Licence (Forklift), and Working at Heights certificate.
- Sound knowledge of current electrical standards & regulations, and ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with PLC, VSDs and Soft starters, along with plant and preventive maintenance.
- Current CPR & LVR and Current Class C driver's license.
Mechanical Design Engineer
You will manage industrial automation projects and design automation machines. You will also oversee the manufacturing process for new technology projects, create 3D animations, perform factory and site testing, submit concept design models and conduct mechanical and electrical fit-outs of machines. In addition, you will build relationships with suppliers and write functional specifications for designed and built equipment.
- Mechanical engineering degree or previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing.
- Undertake mechanical engineering design using Solid Works software.
You are an efficient, task-oriented fitter/turner machinist with good craftsmanship skills and attention to detail. You will work in the field and workshop and produce high-quality parts. Your functions will include reading and understanding mechanical drawings, operating manual welding equipment, performing quality checks, identifying product defects, repairing assembled equipment, adhering to safety procedures and performing preventive maintenance.
- Trade Certificate as Fitter Machinist.
- Minimum 5 years post trade experience with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, industrial machinery and pipework.
- Manual and CNC programming experience.
We are seeking a sales engineer for our growing business in the robotic automation industry. You are a good communicator with a diligent and honest attitude towards people and will work alongside a dynamic team of industry leaders. You will also engage with new and existing customers to discuss projects, provide technical quotes and pricing, coordinate turnkey solutions, engage with customers, work with project managers and generate company revenue.
- Relevant Trade Certificate background as a Toolmaker, industrial electrician etc.
- Extensive B2B sales experience in capital equipment or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Solidworks drafting package (preferred but not essential).
